I thought there were strict rules about wrapping children in plastic. Since we're in the Northwest, Jen needed to find a way around these rules. They are really more like guidelines because of the rain. Yes, Sam is in that thing. Yet another reason I like my fur coat.
Told you. Jen has just got to get out of the house daily. In this climate, we need precipitation barriers.
