Josh and Jen want someone to watch Sam while they look at houses. I insisted that they just leave him to roam the house. What could happen? As you see here, Sam's attempts at tomfoolery is routinely foiled.
He might pretend he's at a bachelor's party and throw pants on his head, but he also seems to work at the same time.
I guess there is the risk that he would take off in his crazy hiker spaceship, but I think it's in the attic, so he can't even get at it. Besides, they can leave me inside too and I'll keep an eye on him. I swear not to give him an allergic reaction while they're gone.
